Langdon Review of the Arts in Texas
This 4 day festival (held the week following Labor Day) celebrates the publication of the Langdon Review of the Arts in Texas, beckoning authors and artists from across the state. A unique correlation exists between the multi-disciplined journal and the festival; special events are coordinated with appearances by journal contributors whose creative endeavors include poetry, fiction, essays, film, photography, art and music. In addition, other writers, music and arts lovers gather in general sessions to share their work and enthusiasm for the Texas arts scene. This year’s festival and journal also includes pieces or presentations by musicians, dramatists, television and film producers, dancers, gardeners, poets, essayists, playwrights, painters and photographers.
